From highly realistic to abstractions, portraits and figure artwork can be very detailed or loose and flowing. They can be in precise proportion or
deliberately out of proportion to add meaning to your composition.
Please come and view the exhibition from March 8, 2024 through April 5, 2024 at Hervey Bay Art Society’s “Gallery 5” Art Gallery, at 5 Sandy St Urangan. Gallery 5 is open daily and entry is free.
This exhibition is in addition to a rotating collection of other art exhibitions always on display. All these exhibitions feature well priced pieces that would make great acquisitions or gifts.
The next monthly members competition is Boats/Wharfs/Marinas which will be held from April 5th, 2024 through May 10th, 2024.

Key Dates
Delivery of Paintings: Friday March 8, 2024 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Entry fee is $5.00 per painting entered.
Presentation & BBQ: Friday 15th March, 2024 12:00 noon. Presentation is held at 12 noon in main Gallery 5 reception area and is followed by a BBQ in the back courtyard of Gallery 5.
