Julie McGillivray is a Bunjalung woman living on Butchulla country for approximately the last 20 years, but residing in Hervey Bay since the birth of her Granddaughter 8 years ago.
Julie has been painting for a relatively short time, since 2022 and uses a variety of mediums including watercolour, acrylic, texture paste and natural materials on canvas, paper or bark.
Julie is well known locally but has also sold nationally and internationally, finding inspiration from her surrounding environment and community.
