Members, please download the Hervey Bay Art Society Handbook (updated Nov 2022) to read information that is useful for both new and continuing Art Society members.

All members have agreed to the information and conditions contained in this handbook on their Renewal Membership form or New Membership form so it is useful to know what it contains.

The Handbook covers such details as the history of the Art Society, the what and how of displaying art at Gallery 5, details of services the art society provides and what is expected of members regarding volunteering and our code of conduct.

If you want a printed copy of the Handbook, copies are normally available at Gallery 5 reception.

Alternatively you can print the online copy linked to from this page. The handbook has been designed to print as a handy 10 page ‘booklet’ – simply open the handbook file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (or similar) and print the handbook in ‘Booklet’ mode. N.B. For non-duplex printers the booklet will need to be printed in 2 stages – first print the front sides then reload those pages and print the back sides.
