The Art Sale on the Day
The Art sale was held on Saturday April 30, 2022. It was a great success and many artworks were sold. Many attendees expressed their interest in visiting Gallery 5 on a regular basis so the event was a great success in publicity terms as well.

Thanks to the, as always, community minded Hervey Bay RSL who made their ‘Hervey House’ room available for this event. It is a great space and their aid in hosting this event is appreciated.
Many thanks to all the Art Society members who made this Art Sale the great success that it was. Particular thanks goes to the Hervey Bay Art Society Marketing Team who conceived this idea and worked tirelessly to bring it to fruition. Thanks also to all the art society members that contributed their artwork and their time before, during and after the event. As always with these sorts of the events the art society committee provides particular event specific support in addition to performing their regular duties. Their support for this event is also appreciated.

Expression of Interest/Art Sale Entry Form
Hervey Bay Art Society Members who wish to sell some of their surplus art please submit the ‘Expression of Interest Entry Form’ below. Members, please support this if you can. N.B. Expression of interest is now closed (due date was 18/02/2012).
N.B. The form above still specifies 11th October [2021] as the due date. Ignore this date – it should read 18th Feb 2022.
Key Dates
Expression of Interest/Art Sale Entry Forms Due Date: 12 noon Monday Oct 11, 2021 at Gallery 5. Original date has been extended to Fri Feb 18, 2022.
Delivery of Paintings: A timeslot on Saturday Apr 30, 2022 between 7am and 9am will be allocated to each artist contributing works. The RSL has a loading bay in Torquay Rd for access to Hervey House. Further instructions to follow.
Sale/Exhibition of Paintings: Sat Apr 30, 2022 10:00am – 3:00pm in Hervey House at the Hervey Bay RSL .
Collection of Paintings: TBA
Conditions for Contributing Paintings to the ART SALE
