The Jul 2022 monthly themed exhibition is Birdlife.

Please come and view the exhibition from Jul 8, 2022 through Aug 12, 2022 at Hervey Bay Art Society’s “Gallery 5” Art Gallery, at 5 Sandy St Urangan. Gallery 5 is open daily and entry is free.

This exhibition is in addition to a rotating collection of other art exhibitions always on display. All these exhibitions feature well priced pieces that would make great acquisitions or gifts.

The next monthly members competition is Landscapes which will be held from Aug 12, 2022 through Sep 9, 2022.

Results

Results were announced at awards presentation on Friday Jul 15, 2022 at noon in the foyer of Gallery 5. The judges for this competition were Erica Chapman and Pam Price.

Key Dates

Delivery of Paintings: Friday Jul 8, 2022 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Entry fee is $5.00 per painting entered.

Presentation & BBQ: Friday Jul 15, 2022 12:00 noon. Presentation is held at 12 noon in main Gallery 5 reception area and is followed by a BBQ in the back courtyard of Gallery 5.

Exhibition of Paintings: From Friday Jul 8, 2022 (afternoon) through Thursday Aug 11, 2022.

Collection of Paintings: Friday Aug 12, 2022 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am.
