The Mar 2023 monthly themed exhibition is Memories of our Travels.

Please come and view the exhibition from Mar 10, 2023 through Apr 14, 2023 at Hervey Bay Art Society’s “Gallery 5” Art Gallery, at 5 Sandy St Urangan. Gallery 5 is open daily and entry is free.

This exhibition is in addition to a rotating collection of other art exhibitions always on display. All these exhibitions feature well priced pieces that would make great acquisitions or gifts.

The next monthly members competition is The Bay’s Hidden Gems which will be held from Apr 14, 2023 through May 5, 2023.

Results were announced at awards presentation on Friday Mar 17, 2023 at noon in the foyer of Gallery 5. The judges for this competition are Jillanne Cahill and Mark Brose.

Key Dates

Delivery of Paintings: Friday Mar 10, 2023 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Entry fee is $5.00 per painting entered.

Presentation & BBQ: Friday Mar 17, 2023 12:00 noon. Presentation is held at 12 noon in main Gallery 5 reception area and is followed by a BBQ in the back courtyard of Gallery 5.

Exhibition of Paintings: From Friday Mar 17, 2023 (afternoon) through Apr 14, 2023.

Collection of Paintings: Friday Apr 14, 2023 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am.
