The jun 2023 monthly themed exhibition is The Beauty of Trees.

Please come and view the exhibition from Jun 2 , 2023 through June 30, 2023 at Hervey Bay Art Society’s “Gallery 5” Art Gallery, at 5 Sandy St Urangan. Gallery 5 is open daily and entry is free.

This exhibition is in addition to a rotating collection of other art exhibitions always on display. All these exhibitions feature well priced pieces that would make great acquisitions or gifts.

The next monthly members competition is Printmaking and Collage which will be held from Aug 4, 2023 through Sep 8, 2023.

Key Dates

Delivery of Paintings: Friday Jun 2, 2023 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Entry fee is $5.00 per painting entered.

Presentation & BBQ: Friday Jun 9, 2023 12:00 noon. Presentation is held at 12 noon in main Gallery 5 reception area and is followed by a BBQ in the back courtyard of Gallery 5.

Exhibition of Paintings: From Friday Jun 2, 2023 (afternoon) through June 30, 2023.

Collection of Paintings: Friday June 30, 2023 between 9:00 am and 10:30 am.

Results

Results will be announced at awards presentation on Friday Jun 9, 2023 at noon in the foyer of Gallery 5. The judges for this competition are TBA and TBA.
