Sonja started painting whilst living in Saudi Arabia in the 1990’s – when “both time and money became available to experiment”.

Her main artistic interest is in Watercolour, and “Trial & Error” has been the Modus Operandi.

Over the years, she has also worked in both Graphite and Coloured Pencils as well.

She has been a member of the Hervey bay Art Society since 2018, and prior to that was active in art groups in both Mapleton and Laidley, Qld.
